Raneen represents private equity and corporate clients in complex transactions, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), leveraged buyouts, carve-outs and minority investments across various industries.

She also provides guidance on corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Raneen earned her LL.M. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was an editorial board member of the Virginia Journal of Law & Technology.
